Job Summary

  • This role is tasked with identifying, attracting, sourcing and hiring qualified talents in all our technology-related divisions (engineering, data science, design and product management)

Job Description

  • Source top software engineering, data science, product design and product management talents online to build a funnel of qualified candidates for a quickly scaling and dynamic global team.
  • Build a pipeline of software engineering and data science talents across skillsets required by the organisation.
  • Collaborate with required stakeholders to make Reliance Health an employee of choice within the tech ecosystem.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with management on future hiring needs.
  • Create and optimise frameworks that guarantee effective, punctual and delightful evaluation of candidates.
  • Coordinate (using recruiting software & tracking systems) and communicate with internal stakeholders to guarantee headcount is filled on time, and through the most equitable and objective processes possible.
  • Coordinate recruiting tasks to ensure a consistent data collection towards active sourcing, candidate application review, interview pass-through rates and hiring goals.

Job Experience

  • Tertiary Education from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting roles in software engineering, data science, product design and/or product management.
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational & project management skills
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Experience recruiting in foreign markets is an added advantage.
  • Experience with technical assessment tools such as Coder Byte, Test Gorilla, Hacker Rank, etc.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical requirements & qualifications to candidates.
