We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Technical Monitoring & Analytical Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • Alerting and notifying increasingly senior members of the Technology
  • Monitor all network nodes perfoamnces
  • Monitor all networks nodes uptime and AVR
  • Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Management Team
  • Escalating and cascading of Mean time to response
  • Escalating and cascading of Mean time to restore
  • Providing incidents historical data and proposing a decision on repair or replacement
  • Calculating and reporting MTTRs for necessary actions.
  • Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
  • Monitor incidences restoration progresses and sharing ETR
  • Incidence reporting and appropriate escalations ( Escalation Matrix)
  • Openining and closing of all incidents logs
  • Evaluation of root cause analysis
  • To Set out the necessary improvements and changes to be made on RCA reports
  • Perform other duties as required by line manager.

Essential Requirements

  • (B.Eng) in Engineering , (Bsc) in Computer Science, (HND) In Technical , Pre-NYSC.
