Job Title: Talent Development & Engagement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The prospective role holder will assist the Talent & Engagement lead to deliver on the talent management agenda for the organization, management & delivery, management of the business corporate institution, talent development reporting, succession planning and organizational talent reviews, employee engagement and employer branding.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create training content from research to training design specifically for Airtel Academy’s implant training.
  • Support the TDE lead to coordinate all role-based academy from needs analysis to training deployment.
  • Follow up with training vendors (independent and corporates) in booking open and implant training.
  • Support the TDE lead to drive all employee engagement programs which includes observances in the year, special projects and events, functional townhall/village meetings, engagement surveys and cascade and all conversations with the CEO/open mic sessions.
  • Create and design basic banners which includes campaign teasers, picture collages etc.
  • Onboard new joiners on all the learning management systems i.e Learn Alive & Centum.
  • Follow up with new and existing employees to ensure that assigned trainings are completed within the stipulated time.
  • Spool and analyze report via all the Learning Management System for management decision making.
  • File all trainings with respective Institutions eg. Industrial Training Fund (ITF),facilitate approvals & contributory payments, assist in processing of compliance certificate.
  • Support the TDE lead during organization's talent review (OTR) which includes identification of critical roles, performance mapping, talent grid positioning and succession path mapping.
  • Any other task assigned by the TDE Lead.

Education & Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in relevant courses from any recognize institution.
  • Teachable and strong learning agility. Good analytical/excel skills at basic level for reporting. Project and event management skills.
  • Highly personable & accommodating.
  • Good research abilities.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in HR especially learning and employee engagement.
  • HR certifications such as CIPM/PHRi is desirable. Skills & Competencies Smart & outgoing. Very articulate.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
