Chemiron Care Limited - Established in 1987, formerly known as Chemech Laboratories Ltd, the company name later changed to Chemiron International Ltd with manufacturing and distribution of our products from our Ikeja, Lagos factory. In 2019 the company name changed to Chemiron Care Limited, as we relocated our manufacturing operations to Agbara Industrial Estate to a new modern PCN - Compliant facility with our dedicated capsules and liquid filling production lines.

Our internal Quality Assurance team ensures strict adherence to good manufacturing practices throughout the production process. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Storekeeper / Officer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep safe custody of store keys & make sure that store items are safeguarded at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels of store items and inform supervisor of re-order levels promptly
  • Prompt dispatch of duly approved orders and orderly distribution of approved items to groups/units and individuals Maintain accurate records of issuance and re-order documents of store items
  • Ensure a smooth and accurate issue of materials to the requesting department.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of the materials receiver and issued out.
  • To ensure a favorable working atmosphere is maintained for the personnel working in the store.
  • To ensure proper safety measures are taken for the safety of the store building, materials in the store and the men working in the store.
  • Take physical inventory of store items and keep up-to-date records of such
  • Inspect items for quality before receiving into the store
  • Proper organisation and tidiness of the store as well as operation of the bin cards
  • Carry out monthly inventory of store items
  • Store items to be disposed and raise a list of such on a quarterly basis
  • Keep physical inventory of all assets excluding computers and vehicles and their

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND / B.Sc in Management or any related field
  • 1 - 2  years work experience work experience as a Store Officer / keeper
  • Very Good Communication skills (English), spoken and written
  • Moderate IT skills.
  • Must be very good with Excel, and Tally
  • Must reside in Agbara, Badagry axis
