Pistachio Foods Limited (RSVP Restaurant), a fine-dining restaurant situated at Victoria Island, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and arrange items properly in the storage facility upon supply.
• Maintain and keep adequate record of all inventories kept in the store.
• Maintaining company records and filing systems.
• Ensure inventories are properly stored for easy retrieval and access.
• Provide reports of physical stock available weekly.
• Ensure store is kept clean and organized.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid risk of stock-out.
• Co-ordinate and keep communication with procurement, Cost control departments on all requisitions.
• Review invoices thoroughly to ensure that quantity on invoice and physical stock balance.
• Support the store supervisor with other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• OND / HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences discipline.
• 1 - 2 years experience as a store officer or inventory control officer in a reputable organization.
• Prior experience working in a restaurant or hotel will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft word,excel is mandatory.
• Male applicants preferred for gender balance.
• Keen attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and punctual.
