Job Summary

• Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for the beauty industry? We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at a prestigious hair boutique located in Ikate, Lagos Island.
• If you are customer-focused, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a knack for retail management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and developing action plans for improvement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail.
• Passion for the beauty and hair industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 per month
• Competitive salary within the range of N100,000 - N120,000.
