Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Keeping accurate records of items received from the procurement team.
  • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and Organized
  • Issue out raw materials to the kitchen for production using the fifo method
  • Ensure quality of any outgoing Product(expiry dates, freshness etc),
  • Meeting the food sanitation and hygiene requirements in the kitchen.
  • Taking periodic stock count and reporting the need for Top up based on reorder levels.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Working experiences as a Store Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
  • Knowledge on quality control
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills Written and Verbal
  • Knowledge of food health and safety procedure
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly organized individual
