We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Stock Audit Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  • Stock Counting and Reconciliation at onshore and offshore store locations,
  • Supervise stock count and stock audit activities for SPDC onshore and offshore storage locations.
  • Create and Maintain 2 year rolling Stock Audit Plan
  • Provide quarterly reports on Annual Stock Audit Plan vs Actual tracking performance.
  • Prepare and update SPDC Stock Audit Procedures and other relevant documentation.
  • Investigate Overages and shortages after each stock count.
  • Daily reconciliation for GR and GI documentation and sign-off by stock audit supervisor on a weekly basis.
  • Manage share point site where all stock audit documentation is kept for the purpose of maintaining a repository for Audits.
  • Reconciliation of shortages and overages created by stock in transit.
  • Facilitate reconciliation and close out of all stock in transit per storage location.
  • Attend to internal and external SOX auditors (e.g., GRA, E&Y) according to Annual schedule and as required.
  • Prepare Information Request sheet and follow up with Warehouse custodians to sign-off.
  • Create logistics requests for stock auditors visit to onshore and offshore locations and secure appropriate approvals.
  • Participate in joint counts with NUIMS and JV partners.
  • Material identification, periodic verification, reporting and documentations etc. of SPDC materials in various onshore and offshore storage locations.
  • Execute Annual Stock Audit in all SPDC warehouses according to approved 2 year rolling stock audit Plan.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • Must have significant experience with hands-on or supervisory competence in inventory audit and management from previous work in the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria (Min 7 years).

Professional Certifications: 

  • Ability to work Offshore (TBOSIET and NUPRC OSP certifications). Must have valid fitness to Work Certificate as of 1st April 2024.

Key Skills:

  • Adept at working with enterprise Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Skype); SharePoint, etc.
  • Must have strong SAP skills in Material Master and Business Warehouse modules.
