Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- Ensure a profitable return of investment on project delivery. The TPM will lead key client projects and will be responsible for implementing advanced GIS technologies, perform advanced analysis, evaluate user needs and requirements, assist client with strategic and operational programs and manage large spatial databases/vendors across multiple locations and countries
Responsibilities
- Responsible for work planning, administration, executing the design, development and implementation of enterprise GIS services, systems, processes and policies
- Responsible for coordinating GIS efforts in collaboration with governmental agencies.
- Responsible for providing user support and training, management of GIS data assets and development of short and long-term project strategy.
- Develop implement and lead the full cycle of the project
- Review and tender reports on technical and cutting-edge technologies
- Ensure accuracy and delivery of plans and proposals for specific project lines
- Responsible for designing project life cycle in compliance with company policies, scope of work, establishment of project budgets, design of work schedules and ensuring strict compliance, timely payments of works, control of project costs and assurance of overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on line and on-site presentations, attending site and client meetings and providing timely reports of project activities.
Skills/Competence Requirement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing geospatial technology in a professional environment.
- Strong practical GIS and/or IT skills
- Familiarity with database design and implementation.
- Familiar with software development methodologies
- ArcGIS certification and any other relevant professional qualification.
- Demonstrate and display verifiable leadership experience
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Information Technology, Planning, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must not be older than 35 - 40 years of age as at end of this year.
- Preferred: GIS professional (GISP) certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10years relevant work experience with proven track record with user experience of ESRI particularly ArcGIS, ESurvey, Spatial Data Infrastructure, Orthophoto/Photogrammetry, Real Time Kinetics (RTK), Location Based Applications, GNSS Rovers Usage.
- Experience with enterprise-level Geo-Spatial databases.
Job Title: VCE Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- The VCE Engineer will combine a variety of skill set of network management, VMware solutions and server design and architecture to develop innovative solutions on infrastructure technologies
Responsibilities
- Architecture, design, support for Infrastructure Technology
- Encompass server optimization support, engineering, and provide third level support for operations services, innovations and infrastructure required to deliver efficient and effective platforms
- Review operations and business requirements for projects pertaining to server infrastructure
- Creation of automation scripts for both Windows and Linux servers
- Maintenance of complete hardware enclosure and its devices including but not limited to firmware upgrades
- Responsible for identifying gaps in existing client skill base and developing documentation to include job descriptions for key architectural positions
- Deploy change management initiatives using ITIL standards
- Leads the development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
- Partners with assigned vendors to build effective relationships and collaborative team environments; manage vendor contract SLA’s to achieve established goal and enhance vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must not be older than 35 years of age as at end of this year.
- Professional Certifications - VCE certifications, Cisco certified professional, Microsoft Systems Certified Professional
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Highly detailed oriented and methodical approach to work
- Working knowledge of Networking
- Proven history of logical and deductive reasoning approach to trouble shooting

- Backup/Restore experience in a VMWare environment using DataDomian
- Advanced knowledge of software led infrastructure management

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience with in depth knowledge of VMWare, Cisco, VCE, Dell Systems and major vendors of infrastructure.
- Relevant experience in usage of all flash environment, operating systems installation, network management, IP Networking, VPN and firewalling and converged infrastructure.
Job Title: Junior GIS Expert
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- Providing adequate support with the intent to ensure effectively deliver on assigned on client project deliverables.
- The GIS expert will make use of spatial technologies to assist on project analysis, evaluate user needs and requirements, and assist the TPM with strategic and operational programs
Responsibilities
- Providing support on work planning, administration and executing the design, development and implementation of enterprise GIS services, systems, processes and policies
- Providing support on all GIS efforts and act as liaison between the organization and with governmental agencies.
- Assisting in management of GIS data assets, and maintaining a project database of achieved milestones in line with project timelines.
- Responsible for project inventory and maintaining a re-order level for consumables on site.
- Assist in ensuring strict adherence to project delivery as well plans and proposals for specific project requirements
- Assisting in the design project life cycle, scope of work, execution of project budgets, implementation of work schedules and ensuring strict compliance.
- Assist in timely raising of requisitions for payments of works, compliance with project costs and assurance of overall customer satisfaction.
