Job Description

• As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and screening candidates to fill job openings for our clients in the APAC region.
• As part of this role, you will work closely with our team to understand client requirements and find the right candidates for the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Experience in BPO and international hiring
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
