Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description
- The Site Supervisor coordinates and integrates the activities of all operating systems within the organization for seamless efficiency, manages facility employees, supervises the usage of supplies and equipment for the organization
- Also, maintain a variety of systems and functions within the organization, keeps watching over maintenance and repair of equipment while utilizing a technology-driven maintenance system associated with operating the facilities.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and other related Degrees.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing corporate/ commercial facilities experience as a Site Supervisor in facility management or relevant experience preferably in a reputable facilities management organization.
- Health Safety Environment (HSE) Certified

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility
- Organize, structure and manage all activities on the ground; including both hard and soft services.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Perform all duties & responsibilities to maintain the efficient running of Compound and tenants’ residences or offices.
- Organize and supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including facility technicians and facility assistants
- Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
- Organize and supervise all technicians on the ground.
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
- Schedule all Planned Preventive Maintenance activities for the property and ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
- Be in constant communication with the occupants and the management of GreenKey FM.
- Responsible for all non-admin communication with the client. (Approvals, quotations, etc.).
- Organize and plan for the spare parts and consumables procurement in collaboration with the company’s procurement officer.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
