With a focus on Work-Based Learning, SESEWA has a bouquet of services including Job shadowing, Internships, Externships, Volunteering, Career advisory, Entry-level job placement & Employability related training and consultancy.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• To provide visible leadership to the team members by overseeing the operations and management on a daily basis with the aim to maximize profit while minimizing cost.
• To lead the Outlet in the absence of the Outlet manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND certification or its equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional team members.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail-based industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the food or retail industry.
