Job Title: Service Administrator

Job Summary

  • Tetra Pak is looking for a Service Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible to deliver high quality service administration in close cooperation with internal stakeholders. Within the team you will work with fellow Service Administrators as well as wide range of colleagues from other line of business.
  • The successful candidate for this position will be under the supervision of the Customer Service Operations Support Team Leader based in Dubai.  
  • This position is based either in East Africa (Nairobi, Kenya) or West Africa (Lagos, Nigeria). 

What you will do

  • Execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction.
  • Execute regular and systematic collection of internal and customer data, maintain relevant databases. Based on this data, provide relevant reporting, visual management and regular communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze, resolve and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data collection. Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration.
  • As required, participate in ordering and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services and materials.
  • Participate in the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for service administration.
  • Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration. 
  • As required, execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities within own area of responsibility and according to Corporate Governance policy.
  • Participate in overtime model for Engineers and upload to payroll system. 
  • Participate in strong collaboration between service teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions.

We believe you have

  • A Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-3+ years' experience in administration and SAP: PE1, creating PRs, POs, Contact creation, Invoicing with evident high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and cooperation with other departments/collogues to improve results.  
  • Self-discipline and accuracy, Strong productivity focus, Strong continuous improvement focus.
  • Experience in Excel file including V-look up, Create Pivot Tables, be able to prepare autonomous Analysis.
