Job Title: Senior Sales Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving European Citizenship Services sales by identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
• This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting European Citizenship Services to clients, and achieving sales targets.
• The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of the immigration industry, especially citizenship services, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate benefits of European Citizenship Services to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Meet or exceed bi-monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth sales process and customer retention.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the immigration industry, especially citizenship services (citizenship by investment, citizenship by birthing, etc.) or a similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Remuneration

• Monthly Salary
• Commission: N1.5M per sale.
