• Must hold a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering.
• Must have at least 20 years post-qualification experience in railway design and construction supervision.
• Must have been the design or construction expert on three railway infrastructure projects(one of which must be a high-speed standard) in the last 10 years.
• Should be fluent in English or French Language and possess a working knowledge of the other.
