Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing their allocated accounts on a day-to-day basis in their entirety to the extent that they are the single point of contact for both the customer and company’s internal third parties who may need to communicate and deliver solutions to the customer
  • Responsible for building customer relationship.
  • Plan and develop relationships with allocated customers to identify opportunities and strategies to win new or further business from these customers.
  • Develop new and existing relationships, at all levels, with contacts from the allocated account list.
  • Within the allocated account base, effectively balances focus and time between suspects and prospects for continued development into winnable opportunities.
  • Ensure that all opportunities are qualified to the point where it becomes appropriate to introduce company subject matter experts to the project, which has a high likelihood of success.
  • Analyzes statistical data related to clients' businesses and industries to identify market trends for company products and services.
  • Understand customer preferences, pricing, products, and terms and conditions to ensure you meet their requirements; gather and analyze data regarding competitor pricing and products; and ensure that Inq products and services fit customer requirements.
  • The Account Manager is required to work with subject matter experts such as solution architects, ensuring that architectural roadmaps are developed.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting.
  • Take the lead in the design of client sales strategies to build accounts in close collaboration with the line manager.
  • Develop relevant high-level value propositions.
  • Identify winning strategies, such as working proposals, to win locally.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of on-the-job sales experience
  • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system
  • An outgoing, driven, tenacious, and team-oriented attitude is a must.
  • A record of achievement and comparable sales role.
  • Previous work experience at Netcom, Hathway, Xfinity, or other related solution providers is an added advantage.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
