Job Title: Public Relations Supervisor

Location: Warra, Ngaski LGA - Kebbi
Employment Type: Full-time

Overall Job Summary

  • The Public Relations Team is the supportive force behind both, and we are currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm as the PR Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication / inter-personal skill and an impeccable drive to build, nurture/foster enduring relationships.
  • The candidate should also have experience working in community relations, stakeholders management, and public relations preferably in the extractive or manufacturing sector. An ability to multi-task, persuade/negotiate, manage relationships, and keeping tabs on developments that has effect on business operations.

Requirements / Responsibilities

  • HND or B.Sc in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Humanities or other Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in community relations and stakeholders engagement, public relations, and interfacing with government/regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with managers to develop and implement community liaison strategies to ensure organizational effectiveness/efficiency.
  • Ability to manage expectations and relentless ability for continuous engagements with government bodies, youth/community leaders.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written communication), interpersonal and negotiation skills; and ability to foster new, while expanding existing relationships.
  • Understand and comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to speak and communicate in Hausa language is a MUST.
  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders to build trust and secure their cooperation, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide regular reporting to keep the organization informed of community dynamics and concerns.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
