We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.
- Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
- Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
- Supervise all security personnel deployed to office and other properties.
- Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.
- Carry out regular head counts of security officer
- Make unexpected visits to guard post to ascertain that their duties are being carried out effectively.
- Develop and implement preventive measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
- Prepare situation reports and document all complaints/findings in the course of duty
- Train all new security officer and lead periodic drills for them.
Qualifications/Required Skills
- OND, HND, B.Sc from a reputable University or Polytechnic
- Security supervisors are required to possess the following skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform maximally on the job:
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
- Must be able to work with speed
- Must have previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security guard
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have no criminal record.
Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- We are now seeking to recruit a talented and resourceful Electronic Security Service Engineer to join our team.
- Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
- Position equipment using hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment.
- Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms. Explain use of products or services.
- Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications, test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning, repair electrical circuits or wiring.
- Feed cables through access holes, roof spaces, or cavity walls to reach fixture outlets, positioning and terminating cables, wires, or strapping. Examine systems to locate problems, such as loose connections or broken insulation.
- Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, or other security features to ensure proper functioning or to diagnose malfunctions.
- Inspect safety equipment to ensure proper functioning, locate or identify electrical problems, adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.
- Plan work procedures. prepare documents, such as warranties, document operational activities.
- Consult with clients to assess risks and to determine security requirements.
- Keep informed of new products and developments
- Make schematic 3D drawings of installation plan
- Successful candidates will be proficient across multiple electronic security disciplines (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarms), possess experience working within Service, Fault Finding and Small Works Installation, and be an efficient and effective communicator.

Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and other related courses.

- IT Literate, proficient MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Minimum of three years working within the fire and security industry
- Extensive knowledge of Fire, Intruder, Access Control and CCTV Systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, assertive and professional
