We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Head, Security

Location:
Lagos

Job Summary

  • Coordinate security operations to protect Etisalat assets and operation.
  • Provide Security support to Etisalat facilities, Staff and Operations.
Principal Functions
  • Initiate, revise and implement Security Policies, Guidelines/Regulations and ensure compliance
  • Oversee corporate Security Unit
  • Manage/Oversee Operations/Intelligence Unit
  • To conduct regular Security Surveys and Analysis
  • To act for the Director Security in his absence
  • Coordinate Emergency Respond (ER) Team in Etisalat Critical Facilities
  • Ensure compliance with Etisalat Ethics in the Department
  • Budget Preparations
  • Ensure disciplined budget implementation
  • Preparation for Annual Action Pan
  • Any other duty related to the schedule as may be assigned by the Director, Security or the Etisalat Management.
  • Assist Director Security in day to day running of the Department
  • Ensure High-level Internal Customer Satisfaction in Security Support Services
  • Monitor and analyse Security trends in the Country and design/appropriate Programme/Procedures to protect Etisalat, Staff and Assets
  • Keep abreast of key developments in relevant security enhancement gadgets, programs and initiatives to ensure the organization's assets are adequately protected
  • Maintain relationship with the Government Agencies and other relevant bodies to enhance the security of Etisalat
  • Assists in the development of a Security-Conscious Culture among the workforce by organizing relevant security programs
  • Ensure High-level Internal Customer Satisfaction in Security Support Services
  • Lead Intelligence Team of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Educational Requirements
  • A good First Degree in any discipline.
Experience,Skills & Competencies
  • 9 to 12 years post qualification relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years managerial role in Industrial Security.
  • Previous experience in Government Security Agency is an added advantage.
