About the Job

  • We are looking for an experienced and efficient Secretary to manage our administrative tasks.
  • Your clerical and administrative support will assist office personnel and optimize workflow.
  • Job duties include answering phone calls, organizing files, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, taking notes at meetings, typing up documents, inputting information into our database, and ensuring office supplies are stocked
  • Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has at least threeyears of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or it’s equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3year experience.
  • MS office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Result driven.
  • Ability to work independently; without supervision.

Salary
N30,000 / Month
