A reputable Financial Services company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Sales Executive - Agency Banking Location: Lagos
Role
  • Direct marketing of company's offerings to all merchants.
  • Managing the affiliate and other direct marketers involved in selling company's offerings to the grassroots and agent recruitment.
Responsibilities
  • Seek approvals for requisition of POS terminals and place orders with PTSPs
  • Take delivery of POS terminals and keep inventory records
  • Configure POS terminals and ensure distribution to the Agent Network Development Team
  • Handle complaints on POS terminals and engage PTSPs for repairs / replacement.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all activities related to POS Backend operations and Inventory Management.
  • Writing and distributing proposals and business briefs.
  • Managing the production of product materials including the leaflets, posters and flyers, cards- this will involve working with the brand marketing.
  • Organizing and attending events, exhibitions, etc towards building the product.
  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
  • Monitoring competitor activity to ensure company maintains our market relevance.
  • Analyzing pricing positions to ensure we stay competitive.
  • Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.
  • Assisting in the delivery, implementation and monitoring of approved strategies.
  • Develop a market particularly for the corporate sale of the Company's prepaid Cards.
  • Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries
  • Work with the related teams to ensure production and distribution of Agent branding collaterals.
  • Take delivery of marketing merchandise for community activations/ awareness programmes.
  • Maintain inventory and reconciliation reports on all Agent Banking collaterals and merchandise.
  • Provide Agent Banking inventory reconciliation reports required by internal stakeholders
  • Vendor management (Suppliers, Consultants)

  • Collaborate with required stakeholders to conduct risk assessment reviews to identify and address operational and business risks
