Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Function and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Microsoft/other cloud solutions through research, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Write and pass at least one Microsoft exam monthly.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Meet/Exceed sales target to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work with the team head to develop individual KPI to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
  • Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices,
  • Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
  • Establish a relationship with vendors for our hardware.
  • Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.

Requirement

  • Experience as a sales person in the tech industry is compulsory (B2B).
