Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • We are hiring sales engineers who will help our users identify the most ideal resources for their children.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Converting potential customers virtually by answering product/service questions, suggesting information about subscription plans, payment options and devices.
  • Consistently staying up-to-date with new Gradely product updates
  • Providing weekly reports on customer feedback to management through the CRM app
  • Providing assistance to the growth team when needed
  • Bringing any relevant issues to the sales lead attention immediately
  • Achieving and maintaining proficiency with our growth strategy
Requirements You are our ideal candidate if you possess:
  • Experience with building customer relationships
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Previous experience with telesales
  • Ability to work with modern software
  • Creative approach to sales
  • Excellent communication skills,
