Job Title: Student Recruitment Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Grayworth
• Build relationships to grow international student enrollment
• Manage student recruiter portfolios and process international admission applications, advise applicants of program options and admission requirements
• Process student files as domiciled in his/her custody, conduct credential evaluation and GPA calculations.
• Promptly and courteously, respond to phone calls, emails and other requests from team members and clients
• Coordinate all meetings as requested/required for team building.
• Collaborate with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, and make suggestions on new strategies to increase marketing opportunities for international recruitment thereby ensuring high team performances
• Assist in the development and execution of the international recruitment plan and the international orientations
• Collaborate with other departments to assist in recruitment and enrollment efforts
• Work with Student recruiters and the management on collaborative projects
• Attend to other duties as requested by the Director
• Some weekend hours might be required during marketing and campaigns
• This position might require travelling locally, regionally, nationally and overseas if needed.
• Process immigration documents in compliance with Homeland Security Regulations
• Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education
• Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts, international educational fairs, presentations, etc.
• Submit the report of international student files processed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 3- 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
