Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • As a Sales/Business Development Executive at Swipe, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by introducing our cutting-edge expense management solution and credit services to potential clients.
  • Your primary focus will be B2B customer acquisition, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries who can benefit from our expense management solution and credit services.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and acquire B2B clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for businesses and corporate clients to showcase the features and benefits of Swipe's expense management solution and credit services.
  • Effectively communicate and emphasize how Swipe's expense management solution can address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients and overall can enhance their operations and financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized sales materials for B2B clients and maximize marketing funnel.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals for the use of Swipe’s expense management solution (particularly paid subscription), while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Swipe and the client.

Post-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly, working towards resolving issues and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Build, maintain and manage strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to give feedback to product team to enable Swipe offer tailored solutions that meet clients’ requirements.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to the Team Lead on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years proven track record of successful B2B SaaS sales experience in the fintech industry, preferably with expense management products and credit solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, market trends, and customer behaviour in the fintech sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
