Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • As the organization's first point of contact with clients, s/he will build the business by identifying and converting new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Required Competencies
  • Possess online buying experience & be familiar with USA & UK sites
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target driven and proactive
  • Technology savvy
  • Must possess a first Degree in any Business-related course
  • Good people skill with ability to communicate effectively
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years' work experience in a similar role
  • Conversant with the e-commerce industry in Nigeria
Remuneration
  • Remuneration is salary plus performance bonus.
