Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Strategic thinking, creativity, communication skills, analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and success.
  • Creating marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services, identify target markets, and reach potential customers through various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, events.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in sales and marketing. Continuously improving skills through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
  • Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, sales activities, and promotional events. Ensuring that expenditures are within budget and providing justification for expenses.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Developing sales strategies to meet sales targets, identifying potential clients, and generating leads. Executing sales plans involves prospecting, cold calling, arranging meetings, giving presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes regular communication, providing after-sales support, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Working closely with colleagues and other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Providing feedback from customers to improve products or services.
  • Tracking sales and marketing performance metrics, generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities, and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • OND / B.Sc in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in sales and marketing positions in the Renewable Energy Industry, or any other industry.

  • Monthly Salary (N150,000)
  • Sales Commission
