Job Title: Retail Store Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Managing store stock to ensure proper stock keeping and stock levels at all times
• Retail store coordination
• Coordinate retail assistant on tasks in the retail operations
• Maintain good customer relations at all times
• Manage retail e-commerce & walk-in customer order processing activities timely without errors
• Collaborate with other departments (admin, fleet management, etc.) to manage store assets and operations.
• Managing store operations end-to-end
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports as when due
• Working CSC team and online rep to service e-commerce orders

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
