Arome Atelier - We manufacture Scented Candles, Diffusers, Room Mists, Aroma Oils, Wax Melts, Hand/Body Wash and Lotion.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Store Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations to ensure excellent service.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support promotional activities and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N140,000 monthly.
