Job Title: Regional Manager

Locations: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe and Yobe

Description 
The duties of the regional manager include

• Manages the company’s business (aggregation, distribution, logistics, business development)
• Follow through with Imart Operators
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Ensure efficient supply chain management and logistics within the region.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new offerings.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on regional performance.
• Implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
• Engage with local communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
• Support initiatives that enhance the company’s social and environmental impact.
• Address and resolve customer issues and feedback promptly.
• Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze financial reports to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local agricultural and business regulations.
• Stay informed about industry changes and adjust operations accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Recruit, train, and manage regional staff to achieve performance target.
• Foster a positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
• Oversee regional sales operations to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Perform other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the HR Manager management.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
