We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT), Kogi, Kwara and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The duties of the regional manager includes

Manages the company’s business (aggregation, distribution, logistics, business development) • Follow through with Imart Operators
Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Recruit, train, and manage regional staff to achieve performance target.
Foster a positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
Oversee regional sales operations to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure efficient supply chain management and logistics within the region.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new offerings.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on regional performance.
Implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
Engage with local communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
Support initiatives that enhance the company’s social and environmental impact.
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Address and resolve customer issues and feedback promptly.
Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Analyze financial reports to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with local agricultural and business regulations.
Stay informed about industry changes and adjust operations accordingly.
Perform other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the HR Manager management.
