Recruitment for Graduate Customer Care Representatives in a Reputable ICT Company based in Lagos

We have vacancies for dynamic, smart, innovative and resilient young graduates in a customer relations function for our Lagos office in the position below:     Job Title: Customer Care Representative Location: Lagos Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in any field.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service.
  • Ability to identify and meet customers' needs,
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in sales or customer facing environment would be an added advantage
  • Ability to speak any of the major Nigerian languages will also be an added advantage.
  • Must not be more than 30 years old
  • Must be personable and amiable with very good communication skills
Aptitude Test
  • Shortlisted candidates will need to sit for an aptitude test at a date to be announced.
