We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Finance Associate Location: Lagos, Nigeria Grade: 7 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information to management on revenue expectation and projection
  • Preparation of departmental audit report and review service level agreements
  • Process and oversee the processing of financial and business forms
  • Preparation of departmental periodic/financial accounts
  • Check, correct and maintain variety of financial records and documents.
  • Prepare financial reports and cash flow forecast
  • Relates to vendors to meet customers’ expectations and maintenance of banking relationship
  • Provision of support and direction to other clerical and admin staff
  • Follow up on receivables and maintain business relationships with process owners
  • Collate, analyze documents required for payment processing
Basic Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of basic financial administration principles
  • Demonstrated experience with financial systems and data query tools
  • Excellent time management/prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with ability to use own initiative
  • Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting and similar
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Chartered accountant, experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate excel skills
