Job Title: Information Technology Support Specialist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at ATECH Global Campus, Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining ATECH's infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers and network devices. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of both hardware and software components.
• Providing technical assistance to students and staff. Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes and user guides.
• Deploying and managing office 365 services, ensuring seamless email communication, collaboration tools and cloud storage for all users.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are required.
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
