Job Title: Receptionist (Intern)

Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos Mainland

Job Descriptions

  • Attend to all visitors to the company and check completed visitors form to know whom they want to see
  • Contact the officers they want to see by telephone to inform them and confirm if the visitors could see them
  • Keep and issue out office stationeries and maintain record of stocks received, issue and balance the store register
  • Maintain excellent attendance record consistently
  • Arriving to work on time (Punctuality)
  • Ensure that the Front Office/Reception is tidy
  • Make and receive official telephone calls for all staff
  • Maintain dispatch register for outgoing mails

Qualification, Experience and Requirement

  • Applicant must be an OND Intern (young vibrant Female)
  • Applicant must reside around or within Opebi Ikeja Axis
  • Good Communication skill
  • Punctuality
  • Computer Literacy
  • Applicant must be presentable (well dressed)

Salary Range
N25,000 - N30,000 / Month
