Cometstar Manufacturing Company Limited is a member of Cometstar Group. It was incorporated in Nigeria on the 25th day of February, 2005 under Company & Allied Matters Act, 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our company is wholly owned by Nigerians. We started production in April 2006 in our ultra-modern cable manufacturing factory located at Agbara Industrial Estate - about two kilometers from Badagry Expressway, Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist / Fronk Desk Executive

Location: Agbara, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and possess exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, have strong telephone etiquette, and speak in a professional and courteous manner.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and manage customers/visitors
• Answer and route phone calls when necessary
• Scheduling appointments and directing visitors to the right person
• Manage, organize and ensure the cleanliness of the office lounge / reception
• Receive and sort all mail and packages

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND + a credit pass in English and Maths. Customer Service Training is an added advantage
• Ability to operate office equipment and appliances
• Ability to support office administration and maintain security
• Basic computer skills is necessary
• Age, 22 - 30 years
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar position
