Barca-Liga Hotels is a modern classy 3-Star hotel at Franca Afegbua Crescent, Gudu District, Apo, Abuja. This beautiful edifice welcomes guests to a wonderfully furnished and serene environment suitable for relaxation. Barca-Liga Hotels has over 60 guest room, these rooms are grouped into: Superior Standard, Classic, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Executive Classic and Super Executive Classic. Each room is beautifully and fully furnished with air conditioning unit, flat screen television with satellite channels, ornate lamps and sofa, dining, reading desk and chair, Wi-Fi connection, direct-dial telephone, mirror, toiletries and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Apo, Abuja

Job Description

• Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival.
• Prepare documents and keys required for registration. Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
• Make, confirm, cancel and change reservations. Promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls and text messages, directing as appropriate.
• Ensure guest special requests are efficiently completed.
• Follow emergency and safety procedures.
• Provide direction to guests requiring guidance and offering any further assistance, as required.
• Training of new team members.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Concierge services including booking activities, dining reservations and transport.
• Provide detailed information about points of interest in the area.
• Arrange services required for guests with special needs.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / B.Tech qualification.
• 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office software (including but not limited to: Word, Excel).
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
