  • Reporting to the Head - Service Business, PMD this person will deliver on Service Project Operations, manage Order booking to cash cycle, deliver monthly revenue, billing and cash as well as Manage Project Risks & Opportunity (Variation Orders) to deliver on Schedule, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction in the O&G sector.
Responsibilities
  • Manage service project life cycle from order booking till commissioning / handover.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews to identify / manage risks and opportunities
  • Implement vendor registrations with regional customer organizations, develop regional customer account plans, improve opportunity funnel quality / conversion rates, and develop credible pursuit strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Identify, lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure swift response, transparency and free flow of information to enable informed business decisions.
  • Ensure strict compliance to data confidentiality, code of conduct and privacy policies.
Qualifications
  • B.Tech (Instrumentation) from accredited University.
  • Experience: 5 - 10 Years
  • Have Good working Knowledge of Sales Process, Proposal Making / Cost Estimation with regard to the Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals).
  • Good Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external
  • Financial acumen and negotiating skills.
  • Project operations management experience with exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power).
Skills Required:
  • Demonstrate high levels of Customer focus, Engagement ability and sustained levels of Process Excellence
  • Should have managed project operations of at least 5 M$ and a team size of at least 10.
  • Ability for Cross Functional collaboration with Result orientation
  • Good Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external; Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).

  • Reporting to the Head - Service Business, PMD this person will deliver on the Sales Targets across the product/solution portfolios which include Valves, Reciprocation Compressor / Gas Engines Sales, Modular Systems - PLC, SCADA / HMI, VFD, Analyzers, Security & Surveillance Systems, Asset Management / Digital Oil Field Solutions, HIPPS & Training, Oil & Gas Metering and Injection Skids, Well Head Control Panels & Field Auxiliary in the O&G sector
Responsibilities
  • Estimate Market size / share for Service Business portfolios in the region, identify competition intelligence (SWOT), map customer organization & develop market pricing strategy.
  • Implement vendor registrations with regional customer organizations, develop regional customer account plans, improve opportunity funnel quality / conversion rates, and develop credible pursuit strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct win / loss analysis and identify opportunities for sales and operations continuous improvement & productivity.
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate across the organization with various functional teams, business development managers and key account managers to gather support, co-operation, active participation, and contribution to grow the Service business in the region.
  • Promote and effectively communicate Service Business portfolio value proposition to customers and end users in the region.
  • Deploy marketing communication / campaigns and customer engagement strategies in the region. Proactively identify and resolve potential customer satisfaction issues and escalations. Seek timely help from superiors to diffuse crisis situation by being proactive.
  • Attend to RFQs and coordinate with bids & proposals / business development managers to ensure that proper technically commercial offers are submitted to clients. Ensure that relevant information and data required for submitting a complete proposal is collected and forwarded to bids & proposals / business development managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical/Electronics) sound technical knowledge
  • Have Good Knowledge Nigerian Electrical market with regard to the Oil & Gas sector
  • Must have 5-10 years working level experience in selling Electrical Panels, Switchgears and components amongst IOC and EPCs.
  • Thorough Knowledge of Power and Control systems in Design, Configuration and generating basic SLDs and Drawings.
  • Knowledge of Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Switchgears will be an added advantage.

  • Reporting to the Head – Sales PMD this person will deliver on maximum utilization of existing contracts by maintaining relationships with Clients through regular daily review visits, align initiatives between the Client and AOS Orwell by imbibing and transferring relevant aspects of Client’s QHSE and other systems into AOS Orwell, Set up meetings and presentations seamlessly for Business Unit Managers, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and any other AOS Orwell official as required within the Oil & Gas sector.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the lead CAM for respective accounts.
  • Nurtures positive, collaborative working relationship with clients.
  • Responsible for the production & presentation of client facing materials (reports, studies, presentations, to company standards).
  • Take ownership of client needs/requests & facilitates completion.
  • Meet & exceed client expectations by utilizing client’s processes/procedures to get results.
