Job Description
- We are seeking to employ a Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth by keeping the company competitive.Who will be responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Having own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales manager
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Research and documentation of new solution
- Client requirement gathering
- Liaise with project teams to effectively assign roles and task per project
- Carry out backend support/installation for all video and telephony services (internal and external)
- Provide technical solution architecture were necessary to aid sales presentation.
- Design of graphical model of proposed solution for clients
- Responsible for all products and services demos POCs and complex site survey engagement and documentation.
- Development of post-deployment documentation
- Solution design, documentation and restructuring
- Coordinate the activities of the technical team.
- Act as the liaison agent between the client and software team, providing update and sharing delivery timeline with clients for solution requiring programming.
- Providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
- Responsible for developing time frames/schedules for the software team for the execution/deployment of software programs/monitoring of progress to ensure time frames are adhered to
- Establishing a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
- Documenting and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
