Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the Directors diary and prioritizing their workload, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Reviewing and actioning emails to a support quick and timely response
- Arrange and facilitate senior management meetings by confirming agenda, attendance, collating of actions and next steps, producing executive summaries
- Organize logistics/itinerary for national travel, always seeking cost-effective & simple arrangements
- Organize meetings/conferences/telepresence/functional events and supporting with equipment, production of required materials (printing, etc.), venue liaison so all events run smoothly
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Pride in appearance
- A professional and caring approach
- A calm approach in changing situations
- MUST have current manual/automatic Driving Licence
- IT literate including E-mail and electronic calendar.
- Proven track record of Customer Service based employment
- Ability to commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Ability to take instructions and follow them to the letter
Job Title: Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Plan appropriate routes, taking into account traffic and weather conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all appointments
- Drive legally and to ensure passenger’s comfort and safety at all times and keep the vehicle clean each day it is used.
- Check the vehicle each working day, ensuring it is safe, legal, roadworthy and to organize service and repairs at agreed dealerships if required.

Job Title: Head of Operations and Customer Service
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the branches by making regular visits and interacting with management
- Grow our driver management division, by developing quality control processes, communicating updated policies, and building productive relations
- Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
- Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Ensure that staff under TwentySix Logistics Driver Management deliver value and excellence to our clients
- Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed drivers that will maintain profit margins
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep us ahead of the competition
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proven management working experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Educated to Degree level
