Job Title: Program Director
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Program Director to supervise a wide range of programs at Fulbright Schools.
- You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance.
- The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the academic Institution.
Responsibilities
- Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
- Develop or approve budgets and operations
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the institution
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
- Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
- Ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
Requirements
- Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
- A business acumen with a strategic ability
- Proficient knowledge of MS office
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

Job Title: Librarian
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Work with library other to oversee and manage vast college collection of written and other forms of media
- Maintain databases and records concerning the movement as well as the location of library collection, including teachers and student lending and retrieval
- Observe and implement administrative policies and procedures in accordance with the school and library system standards on a daily basis
- Catalog new receipts and established collection as well as classifying and tracking media in the school
- Assist in research and retrieval of documents and materials for students
- Connect with student population and instructors about library resources, policies and other related duties when the opportunity presents itself
- Update records and prepare reports about library system for subject heads to promote better communication school-wide
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or ND in Library Science or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and reading comprehension
- Problem-solving and critical thinking as well as organizational skills
