Job Title: Sales Managers
Location: Port Harcourt and Lagos
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects;
- Maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling.
- Makes sure that all sales people meet quota during a given period.
- Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product.
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Must be above 25 years and not more than 40 years.
- Must possess at least 4years experience in sales marketing.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt and Lagos and willing to relocate to any of the company office locations.
- Must be willing to travel regularly, daily and weekly.
- Payment- Well remunerated attractive Commission/Salary.
- Possess good knowledge of marketing and sales.
- Must participate in sales marketing on the field.
- Must be a graduate from relevant fields.
- Must possess good communication skills in English language.
- Must be computer literate.

Job Title: Marketers
Locations: Port Harcourt, Abuja and Lagos
Job Duties:
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary to make sales presentations.
- Answers questions and makes proper enquiry for clients.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling.
- Makes sure that all sales people meet quota during a given period.

Location: Lagos
Job Duties:
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Keeps equipment operational by following company instructions and established procedures; notifying team leaders.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
