A new 70 room hotel in Uyo seeks to fill the following positions:     Job Title: Executive Housekeeper Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Job Summary:

  • plans and assigns work assignments,
  • give training for newly recruited employees,
  • audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies.
  • Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.
  • Supervises all housekeeping employees,
  • Responsible for inventory control for adequate par stock for all items as well as uniform control.
Requirements:
  • knowledge and use of Diversey cleaning products.
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera Property Management System,
  • University Degree or relevant certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in International Hotel Chain.
    Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Job Summary:
  • The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for co-ordinating all food and beverage sales including phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel
  • coordinate these activities on a daily basis
  • assist clients in programme planning and menu selection.
  • The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure the achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or relevant certificate.
  • Excellent knowledge of Micros Point of Sale.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in International Hotel Chain.
    Job Title: Front Office Manager Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Requirements:
  • University Degree
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System,
  • Minimum 2 years International Hotel Chain Experience
Job Summary:
  • Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office department.
  • reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk,
  • Directly supervises all front office staff and ensures proper completion of all front office duties.
    Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Job Summary:
  • Prepare employee remuneration and benefit packages for employees of the hotel commensurate with industry requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment process which includes reviewing requests for recruitment of employees made by various departments
  • Identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, drafting contracts of employment, and performing all other duties incidental to the selection and appointment of hotel employees in consultation with the requesting Head of Department.
  • Coordinate periodic performance appraisals with Heads of Departments
Requirements:
