Job Title: Wellness Attendant

Job Description
- Ensures the safety of members in the wellness center by maintaining the equipment in a clean, safe, and working order, reporting maintenance concerns, isolating and communicating to members about equipment that is not in proper working order, and explaining and enforcing safety rules/regulations and emergency procedures.
- Makes rounds every 10-15 minutes to ensure fitness area is safe and clean.
- Maintains supply of towels for fitness center and member use. This includes transporting soiled towels to laundry; washing, drying and folding towels for distribution; and ensuring that cleaning products are stocked for member use.
- Performs orientations to the cardio and strength areas including introduction on how to use equipment.
- Delivers uncompromising guest service responding immediately to customer requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Perform all cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning checklist.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, elevating to Wellness Director as needed.
- Suggest improvements, safety concerns with equipment, and other ideals that will increase membership
- Attends all staff meetings and trainings.
- Builds effective, authentic relationships with guest; helps members connect with each other; introduces new members to group exercise communities based on their health and well-being goals.
- Regularly checks on members’ progress in meeting goals, documents the conversations through surveys.
- Makes members feel welcome by learning and using their names.
- Maintain professional conduct and a neat appearance consistent with the Wellness Dress Policy
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
