  • The candidate will work closely with our Construction Personnel op and be responsible for the day-to-day handling of the company’s Procurement Programme, we’re an energetic company and we are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and bring strategic value to construction Projects.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Material Schedules.
  • Preparation of Preliminary Estimate.
  • Bid Preparation.
  • Budget Control.
  • Client scope Clarification, Verification and Validation.
  • Preparation of Claims.
  • Evaluation of Sub-Contractor’s Claims
  • Commercial Negotiation with clients and Vendors.
  • Appraisal of alternative Cost Solutions on Project.
  • Realistic project cost reduction with cognizance to quality of work
  • Procurement Strategy development and drafting pricing mechanisms
  • Cost Planning
  • Pre-Works Information
  • Collating Invitation to Tender packages
  • Managing Tender queries / returns and down selection process
  • Negotiation and Award Contracts
  • Business case and stakeholder Management Support
  • Give Cost Advice.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
  • Project Viability appraisal.
Pre-Contract:

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience of standard forms of contract.
  • Applicants should possess HND or hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law or similar discipline
  • Professional Qualification and or/ membership of the RICS, CIOB, ICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute is Preferred
  • Candidate is required to have a minimum of 8 years experience
  • Candidates will have a broad spectrum of technical knowledge relating to cost and Commercial Management ideally both pre and post Contract
Remuneration
  • N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
