Reime West Africa Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established.
  • Managing and implementing quality control
  • Manage the day-to-day priorities and activities of the quality team to ensure all business objectives are met, and issues are escalated in a timely manner
  • Liaising with quality sub-contractors to ensure issues are dealt with in an appropriate timescale.
  • Ensuring compliance with safe working practices
  • Build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation, to ensure the effective implementation of a quality culture
  • Work with management team to identify and implement improvements to the quality systems

Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / University Degree in Engineering, Quality or closely related field

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a quality team in the Telecommunication industry
  • Experience of managing and enhancing an effective QMS that has delivered clear business value and supported the broader business strategy
  • Experience of managing internal and external audit and of acquiring and maintaining external accreditations.
