Here's what your role will involve:

Cultivate an empowered and safety-oriented work culture within the manufacturing facility.
Assess the quality of all incoming raw materials, outgoing products, and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor and evaluate production processes continuously, ensuring optimal performance at every stage.
Analyze consumer feedback related to quality and safety, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Work in close partnership with the Operations Manager to identify and implement measures that minimize consumer complaints and product imperfections.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control objectives, following meticulously crafted product specifications and industry benchmarks.
Achieve and exceed quality control goals, conducting thorough inspections and maintaining compliance, all within budget and timelines.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring all product interactions are pristine.
Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams, enhancing their skills and attributes to support our commitment to excellence.
In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be entrusted with other duties that uphold the company’s dedication to delivering superior cosmetic products.
