Job Description

  • Join our Client’s dynamic team and contribute to the art of beauty through science. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their products not only meet but exceed industry standards.

Here's what your role will involve:

  • Cultivate an empowered and safety-oriented work culture within the manufacturing facility.
  • Assess the quality of all incoming raw materials, outgoing products, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes continuously, ensuring optimal performance at every stage.
  • Analyze consumer feedback related to quality and safety, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work in close partnership with the Operations Manager to identify and implement measures that minimize consumer complaints and product imperfections.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality control objectives, following meticulously crafted product specifications and industry benchmarks.
  • Achieve and exceed quality control goals, conducting thorough inspections and maintaining compliance, all within budget and timelines.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring all product interactions are pristine.
  • Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams, enhancing their skills and attributes to support our commitment to excellence.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be entrusted with other duties that uphold the company’s dedication to delivering superior cosmetic products.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
