Job Title: Project Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description 

  • Planning and coordinating the construction of the catering company building, ensuring that the project meets the client's specifications, budget, and timeline.
  • Managing and supervising construction workers, engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that work is completed on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
  • Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties on the progress of the project, answering questions, and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Ensuring that the project is completed within the budget and timeline, including finalizing all necessary paperwork and documentation, and preparing reports as required.
  • Managing any changes or modifications to the project scope, timeline, or budget, and ensuring that they are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, including the procurement of materials, labor, and other resources required for the project.
  • Overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of construction materials to the site, ensuring that all safety measures are in place to protect workers, equipment, and property.
  • Conducting inspections and quality control checks to ensure that the project meets the required standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
