DO.II Designs Limited focuses on furniture manufacture, interior design, space planning and turn-key remodeling projects for the high-end residential, property development, hospitality and corporate market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute all production/project activities.
  • Manage and coordinate all activities on site.
  • Create project objectives that are time-bound and realistic
  • Supervise internal and external project team.
  • Assess the resources necessary for a project and track project costs to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Attend all site meetings and ensure client’s brief are documented.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure legal documents are completed and signed based on proposed drawings
  • Ensure that project meets expectation of major stakeholders in terms of quality and costs at all times.
  • Perform other general or project management duties that may be required.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Additional Degree / Certification is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Required Skill & Competence:

Familiarity with project management software.

  • Technical drawing knowledge
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project Management skills
  • Knowledge of design software (Auto CAD, 2D and 3D drawings)
  • Demonstrated technical writing, good presentation and analytical skills
  • Mathematical modelling
  • Creative thinking skills
