Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree in Project Management or other relevant courses. A Masters degree will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 year experience in Project Management
- Project management and market research experience
- Member of (or willingness to become a member of) at least one professional marketing or research association
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead teams
- Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written
Job Role- Planning and preparing production schedules
- Co-ordination between key departments to create project plan
- Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency
- Establishing and supporting a work environment of continuous improvement
- Creation of and filing documentation that assists in the autoplan of projects e.g planning checklists, templates etc
- Using reports/information generated by other factors in the process to prepare closure plan
- Monitoring production to ensure it is on as planned
- Analyzing production specifications and determining processes, tools, and human resource requirements
- Planning and scheduling workflow for production processes
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Ensuring all parties are fully cognizant of work planning and that execution objectives are integrated and communicated
